Loading the requested page…Reputation & Entity Building
Wikipedia reputation management works at the level of the entity, not the page. Search engines and AI assistants assemble their understanding of a subject from structured, cross-referenced knowledge sources, and consistency across those sources is what makes an entity legible.
The Short Version
An entity is the machine-readable version of a subject: a record with a stable identifier, a set of properties, and links out to other databases describing the same thing. Wikipedia supplies the prose, Wikidata supplies the structured statements behind it, and library catalogues, industry registers, and rights databases hold their own records. When those records agree, systems reading them resolve the subject confidently. When they disagree about a founding date or a legal name, confidence drops and the subject can be conflated with someone else entirely.

What This Service Covers
Scope is agreed in writing before work starts. Nothing on this list is an upsell — it is what a compliant, durable article needs.
What You Receive
Every place the subject currently appears as a structured record, and how those records disagree.
Corrected names, dates, roles, and descriptions so the same facts appear everywhere.
Properly referenced statements and external identifiers linking the entity across databases.
An honest assessment of what independent coverage is missing, and the realistic path to earning it.
How It Works
Fees
The audit is priced on its own and is worth commissioning even if you go no further, because it is usually the first time anyone has seen the whole footprint in one place. Remediation is quoted from what the audit finds. Where a gap can only be closed by independent coverage that does not yet exist, we say so plainly rather than billing for work that cannot succeed. Earning that coverage is a communications job, not a data one.

The same legal name, founding date, and role appear wherever the subject is recorded, instead of three competing versions.
Identifiers and cross-references make clear which subject is which when several share a name.
Systems that summarise a subject work from consistent structured data rather than contradictory records.

Reputation & Entity Building Questions
Nobody can guarantee one. Google decides when to show a panel and what goes in it, drawing on many sources. Accurate, consistent, well-referenced structured data makes a subject easier to resolve, which helps, but it is not a switch anyone can flip.
Sometimes. Wikidata applies its own inclusion criteria and accepts subjects Wikipedia would not, so an accurate referenced record can exist independently. It is not a substitute for an article, and it will not deliver the same visibility.
We do not attempt to suppress search results or place content on sites that will publish anything for a fee. Our work is limited to making the factual, structured record accurate and consistent on platforms with real editorial or community standards.
On open platforms such as Wikidata and Wikipedia, yes, provided a reliable source supports the correction. On closed third-party databases we can identify the error and tell you the correction route, but the platform owner makes the final call.
A map of every structured record we can find for the subject, the contradictions between them, the identifiers that are missing, and a prioritised list of what to fix first. Most clients find at least one error they did not know existed.
